Summer Development Sessions 2026

Metro East Inferno Female Hockey Association is excited to announce our Summer Development Program is back! Weekly sessions July 5th through August 28th will focus on power skating, skills and goalie training.

First priority will be given to 2025-26 Inferno members, but we welcome female players from all minor associations, First Shift and other HNS programs to sign-up, too! If we have space, we will welcome non-members and even new members to participate.

$200 for eight 1-hour sessions, with a high coach-to-player ratio ensuring the most positive developmental environment possible, including individual attention and the ability to split into subgroups to manage the pace and complexities of the drills, as required. Age divisions will be as of the 2025-26 season with exceptions for conflicts, as space permits.

Box Lacrosse Nationals will be hosted at the RBC Centre this summer, reducing ice availability. Fortunately, we have secured time in Arena D and have optimized our schedule as follows:

• U7/U9/U11: Friday 4:00 - 5:00 or 5:00 - 6:00 pm (groups and times TBD depending on numbers)
• U13: Sunday 4:30 - 5:30pm
• U15/U18: Friday mornings 9:00 - 10:00 am
• Goaltenders: Monday 5:30 - 6:30 pm

Players registered for the MEIFHA Summer Development Sessions 2026 will be listed below after invitations go out on May 22nd and then periodically as payments are received. Your registration is not complete until an invitation has been issued and payment has been received by EMT to VPFinance@metroeastinferno.ca (payment deadline June 24th).
